From Workplace Frustration to Career Motivation

Up to 60% of employees in Germany have mentally checked out and feel frustrated. Trapped in boring routines, they often lack the spark needed to pivot their careers. At the same time, only 37% utilize LinkedIn, despite it being the very place where new opportunities and networks await. Our challenge was to develop a campaign that makes this monotony tangible while seamlessly building a bridge to LinkedIn.

The Goal: Position LinkedIn as the Way Out of the Routine

The main objective of the campaign was to reach professionals stuck in monotonous daily grinds and establish LinkedIn as the platform for new career opportunities.
