How do we get to know each other? It’s easy!
Step 1: Submit your application. How do you apply? Just send us your CV and portfolio via our online portal. You don't necessarily need a classic cover letter – rather show us what you can do!
Step 2: Our PR&CM Screening. What happens after the application? Our recruiting team carefully reviews your documents. We will get back to you as soon as possible with initial feedback.
Step 3: The initial get-together. How does the first interview work? We meet for a relaxed get-to-know-you session - either digitally or on-site. This is primarily about the "cultural fit" and your expectations of us.
Step 4: The Deep Dive (Technical interview). How do we test your skills? In the interview, you go into technical depth with your future manager. Sometimes we bring a small, practical case and the team along for this.
Step 5: Our contract offer. What happens at the end? If it's a "Hell Yes!" from both sides, our People Relations & Culture Management will make you an offer. Welcome to fischerAppelt!
