MagentaMoments that make history

The Ultimate 2026 World Cup Public Viewing

From 500 meters below ground to a mountain peak at 1,600 meters—we transformed the FIFA World Cup into eight unforgettable private viewings for Deutsche Telekom.

The 2026 World Cup is electrifying the nation. While many fans are watching the matches the traditional way, we completely redefined the public viewing experience for Deutsche Telekom. Through their exclusive loyalty program, MagentaMoments, eight premium private viewings were raffled off to lucky winners.

The Promise: Experience the German national team’s matches and the major finals at Germany’s most extraordinary and iconic locations—fully equipped with high-end catering, massive LED screens, a custom entertainment program, and space for up to 50 friends. An experience that left absolutely nothing to be desired.

Eight Matches, Eight Icons – The Locations at a Glance

Every event a unique experience, every location a logistical and emotional masterpiece:

Where Politics Meets Luxury for the World Cup Kick-off

To kick off the tournament, the first two winning crews headed to Berlin and Frankfurt. The destinations: the heart of German democracy—the Reichstag in Berlin—and one of the most luxurious villas in Frankfurt am Main. A tournament kickoff doesn't get more exclusive than this.

500 Meters Underground in the Middle of the Group Stage

For our team’s second match, it was time to head down the shaft! 500 meters below the surface, 50 friends celebrated inside an impressive salt mine. With fresh burgers and beats from a live DJ, the cavern was transformed into the deepest fan zone in the world.

Alpine Glow at 1,600 Meters for the Group Finale

We aimed high for the final group match. At the Maxlraineralm, sitting at an altitude of 1,600 meters, a giant LED screen stood framed by the breathtaking alpine backdrop, offering a direct view of the Zugspitze. An alpine private viewing in a class of its own.

At the Epicenter of Football for the Semifinals

The semifinal round was all about the beautiful game. One winner celebrated with an epic World Cup BBQ party on the DFB Campus, while the other crew cheered on their team right where the pros discuss tactics: inside the sacred home locker room of VfB Stuttgart.

The Crowning Finale Above the Rooftops of Germany

For the grand finale, we scaled Germany’s architectural landmarks. The final two private viewings took place simultaneously at the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg and at KölnSky in Cologne, offering a spectacular view over the cathedral city.

Our Role: From the First Sketch to the Final Whistle

A mammoth project of this scale requires not only creative excellence but, above all, logistical precision. Whether dealing with extremely strict fire safety regulations in the salt mine, historic preservation rules at the Reichstag, or alpine transport logistics at 1,600 meters—as the agency responsible for the entire project, our live marketing team pulled all the strings behind the scenes.

Everything from a single source: From the initial strategic concept and complex location scouting to guest management and on-site technical execution, we ensured that these eight private viewings became an unforgettable, highly emotional brand experience for Telekom and its customers. Maximum brand experience that truly sticks.
