The protection of your personal data during the entire application process is very important to us and we want you to feel safe when visiting our website.
The responsible body in terms of data protection law is

3. use and disclosure of personal data
We use the personal data you provide exclusively within the fischerAppelt Group to process your application for the advertised position.
Only persons involved in the application process will be informed about your personal data. All employees involved in the processing of your application are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your data.
We will not pass on your personal data to third parties unless you have given us your consent or we are obliged to pass on your data due to legal regulations and/or official or court orders.

5. storage and deletion of data
Your data will be automatically deleted within six months after completion of the actual application process. This does not apply if legal regulations oppose deletion, if further storage is necessary for the purpose of providing evidence or if you have expressly agreed to longer storage (e.g. by consenting to be included in our applicant pool).
We take all necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from loss and abuse. Your personal data is stored in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public. Your data is encrypted during transmission by the so-called Transport Layer Security (TLS). The transmission of your data is encrypted.
7. right of information and revocation
You have the right to request information from us at any time about the data stored about you, its origin, recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data is passed on and the purpose of storage.
